The Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, accompanied by the Minister of Transport and Post and Telecommunications, Fatmir Limaj, took part in the ceremony to inaugurate the road in Billusha in the Municipality of Prizren
In his speech for the occasion, delivered to an audience of many citizens and municipal leaders, Prime Minister Thaçi said that he felt proud to find himself today in the midst of the residents of this area on the occasion of the inauguration of the new asphalted road.

"The Kosovan government considers these projects to be priorities, which have a positive impact for residents, and has invested in areas where there has been no investment since the war. We know that this village has given a considerable amount for Kosovo and the families of the fallen are the most deserving, where we must invest," said Thaçi.
The Minister of Transport, Fatmir Limaj, said that this road is important for the residents of this area because it enables faster and more convenient movement for citizens.
"Works will start shortly on the asphalting of the part which remains within the village. It is hoped that this road which links with the village of Poslisht will be finished by the end of this year," said Minister Fatmir Limaj.
The project for the asphalting of the village of Billusha's road, 2.5 kilometres long, cost approximately 300 thousand euros. The project was financed by the Ministry of Transport and the Municipal Assembly of Prizren.
