The Government of the Republic of Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Mr Hashim Thaçi, today opened primary schools in Peja and Shtapanica near Malisheva


The Government of the Republic of Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Mr Hashim Thaçi, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Mr Hajredin Kuçi and the Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Mr Enver Hoxhaj, opened the new primary school building in Shtapanica, in Malisheva municipality, and then the new “Dardania” primary school building in the city of Peja.

Sylejman Gashi will not be the chargé d’affaires for the Kosovan diplomatic mission to Washington

Objectively and subjectively, the Kosovan government has considered the current context which is preventing Mr Sylejman Gashi from carrying out his proposed role as part of the Kosovan diplomatic mission to Washington. Sylejman Gashi has been proposed for the role of chargé d’affaires for the UN headquarters in New York, as part of the Kosovan Diplomatic Mission in Washington.

In the 34th meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, led by Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi, a proposal on the members of the Kosovo Pensions Trust Board was discussed and approved, the request of the KLA War-Wounded Association for financing the arrangement of prostheses for the wounded was approved, and also approved was the exemption of seed production companies from paying for phytosanitary services and seed analysis at the Agricultural Institute of Peja.

Prime Minister Thaçi meets the Albanian Minister for Health , Mrs Anila Godo

At the beginning of the meeting, on behalf of the Government of Kosovo, Prime Minister Thaçi congratulated Mrs Godo on her appointment as Minister for Health, wishing her good luck and success with her work. The two expressed their opinion of the excellent level of collaboration between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and that of Albania.
