Welcome to the official website of Public Procurement of Kosova which is created as a Portal of Public Procurement in which you can find all relevant information related to the Public Procurement field in Kosova.
According to the Public Procurement Law of Kosova No. 2003/17, amended on July 6th,2007 the PPRC shall be responsible for the overall development, operation and supervision of the public procurement system in Kosova and shall carry out the functions assi.
One of the functions that were given to the PPRC by the Law is to establish and maintain an information website that provides to the public with unrestricted access for all information concerning public procurement in Kosova.
This portal shall advance communication within contracting authorities and economic operators, as well all other parties that are interested to have access in this website.

E RE - Njoftohen të gjitha Autoritetet Kontraktuese të Kosovës, se bordi i KRPP-së në bazë të përgjegjësive dhe autorizimeve që i jepë Neni 82.2(a), i LPP-së Nr 02/L-99, Rregullore Nr. 2007/20 , me datë 22.04.2010 ka zyrtarizuar dhe shpallur legjislacionin dytësor (Kontrata Publike Kornizë ). Dokumentet e aprovuara nga KRPP-ja janë: B32,B33,B34,B35 dhe B36.
Gjithashtu edhe formulari B12 Njoftim për kontratë është modifikuar( për shkakë të Kontratës Publike Kornizë). Njëherit kerkohet nga zyrtarët e prokurimit që të gjithë formularët për njoftime të ndryshme të plotësohen në tërsi...më tepër.
